How we review content

Get approval before you start

Many rebates — especially heat pumps — require pre-approval or a pre-retrofit assessment. Work started early may not qualify.

Programs change

Amounts, deadlines and eligible products can change with little notice. We last checked these programs in November 2026.

Stacking has limits

You generally can't receive two incentives for the same heat pump, and combined funding can't exceed your cost. Stacking rules
